Currently Enrolled Students

Registration for spring/summer 2010 begins on November 6th! To prepare for registration, all students should insure that they have access to online registration. Before November 6th, confirm your registration day and time, which is based on the number of credit hours you have completed prior to this semester. Also please verify your major and catalog year, and check for registration holds.

To prepare for registration, while in LionsLink:

Select the My Courses tab
Select Register from the menu on the left of the screen
Select Registration
Select Check Your Registration Status to confirm your registration day and time and to view your holds

To verify your major, catalog year and who your advisor is while in Lionslink:

Select the Academics Tab
Select the Student and Financial Aid menu
Select Student Records
Select Major and Advisor

Here you will see your major as declared in the University system and who your faculty advisor is (if assigned.) If the information shown here is incorrect please see an academic advisor in Student Advisement and Career Planning located on the 2nd floor of the Smith-Pendergraft Campus Center. Faculty advised students should visit with their advisor to receive help with the course requirements and selection. Your advisor will also need to remove your advising hold prior to registering. Email your advisor for an appointment.

IMPORTANT: If you are unable to access the registration/student records menus, or get an internal PIN error, system error, or access denied error, please email helpdesk@uafortsmith.edu from your LionsLink account. Weekend challenges will be addressed on the next business day.

New Students and Transfer Students

New students and transfer students with fewer than 12 hours will register through a New Student Orientation (NSO) session. Choose one of our session dates and sign up online today! Transfer students with 12 or more transferable hours, will meet with an advisor prior to registering. Transfer students who need to meet with a faculty advisor should receive a letter with registration information. If a transfer student does not receive a letter, they will visit with an academic advisor in Student Advisement and Career Planning located on the 2nd floor of the Smith-Pendergraft Campus Center.
All transfer students need to submit their Official transcripts to the Records Office to be evaluated, but may register using unofficial transcripts or approved documents. Must have official/unofficial documents from all colleges attended in order to register.
