GOALS:

• National - To advocate for Surgical Technology students in order to enhance the role of the student, the health of the public in its medical community, and education environments in the community through education, action, and service.

• Local
  • To present the Surgical Technology student as a highly skilled student, conducting themselves in a professional manner, caring for the client as a person, and representing the university in a positive manner.
  • To provide service to the community.
  • To accomplish educational goals and engage life as a life-long learner.

*Students who declare Surgical Technology as a major may join as an associate member while taking pre-requisite courses.
