REGISTRATION AND FEES
Seminar fees may be paid by cash, check, money order or credit card. Payment must be received before your space is guaranteed in a class. Fees must be remitted not later than two working days before the actual seminar date unless otherwise stated.

REFUND POLICY
Refunds are available up to 48 hours prior to the seminar. Substitutes are welcome. If the ASBDC cancels a seminar, all fees will be refunded.

INCLEMENT WEATHER POLICY
Seminars will not be held if UA Fort Smith is closed due to inclement weather. Check your local television or radio station for school closing. You may also check the UA Fort Smith web site.

DISCOUNT POLICY

General Public : Individuals who have registered for an ASBDC training event at full price may register their spouse or one family member for one-half of the published seminar fee if they agree to share seminar materials.

Multiple Owners of an Existing or Proposed Business: With one full priced admission to any ASBDC training event, up to three (3) additional owners of an existing business may each register for 75% of the published seminar fee.

UA Fort Smith Students: Any UA Fort Smith student may attend any ASBDC training event on a space available basis at no charge.

UA Fort Smith Employees: UA Fort Smith faculty and staff may attend one ASBDC training event a year at no charge. In addition, UA Fort Smith faculty and staff may attend other ASBDC training events throughout the year at one-half the published seminar fee. Spouses of UA Fort Smith faculty and staff may attend any ASBDC training event at one-half the published seminar fee.

Limitations on Discounts: The UA Fort Smith SBDC Center Director must approve any and all other discounted or free ASBDC training events. All discounted fee opportunities are contingent on a space available basis and will be honored unless the ASBDC is cosponsoring the event with another group and the other group is retaining all fees.
