Student Nursing Association

The student nurses association at the University of Arkansas Fort Smith has elected officers for 2009 - 2010 academic year.

The mission of the National Student Nurses Association is to mentor the professional development of future nurses and facilitate their entrance into the profession by providing educational resources, leadership opportunities, and career guidance.

The University of Arkansas Student Nurses Association has meetings on the following dates this year: Aug. 31, Sept. 14, Oct. 19, Nov. 30, all meetings are held at 12:00 p.m.

All nursing students are invited to attend. The officers want to challenge every nursing student to become an SNA member. Students may access the online application at NSNA.org.
