Jeff Robinson - Trumpet, Horn
Jeffery W. Robinson has been appointed as trumpet and horn instructor
at the University of Arkansas-Fort Smith.
Jeff Robinson is in frequent demand as both a performer and educator.
He has taught privately and in the public school systems in Texas,
Oklahoma, and Arkansas. In addition to his years of teaching, he can
be found on the stage in orchestras, bands, and in jazz and chamber
ensembles.
Jeff has performed in the Conway and Ft. Smith Symphony Orchestras. He
has performed at the Wildwood Center for the Performing Arts, Murray's
Dinner Playhouse, and the Arkansas Repertory Theatre. He has played
with such groups as Solid Brass of Little Rock, the Little Rock Wind
Symphony, and the Natural State Brass Band.
Jeff has shared a stage with such performers as the Hollywood Hills
Orchestra, Ernie Watts, the Four Kings of Rhythm & Blues, and Frank
Sinatra, Jr.
Jeff can be heard on recordings for the Music Educators National
Conference and Shattenger Music Publishing company. He has also
recorded music for the Miss Arkansas Pageant.
Jeff is currently a member of the Capitol Brass Quintet, based in
Little Rock.
