This 12-hour course is designed for a wide variety of health care professionals, including doctors, nurses, technicians, and administrative staff. The purpose is to help connect and communicate with Spanish-speaking patients to treat illness and injury and process medical transactions efficiently and effectively. Spanish for Realtors and Landlords

This course is designed for realtors, leasing agents, and new home sales staffers who have direct contact with Spanish-speaking customers. The course will help you serve and communicate with Spanish-speaking customers by welcoming them to your agency, facilities or home site, making them feel comfortable, answering basic questions in Spanish, obtaining customer information for rentals or referrals. Course fee includes a student manual and an audio CD.

This course is designed for tellers, customer service representatives, and loan officers. Phrases and terms include greeting customers, numbers and timing, terminology including checks, deposits, getting proper ID, account information and basic loan applications, and more. Course fee includes a student manual and an audio CD.
