Expansion Policies and Procedures

University of Arkansas - Fort Smith supports students starting interest groups in the hopes of affiliating with a (inter)national recognized fraternity on campus. Local fraternities and sororities are prohibited on campus unless the purpose is to affiliate with a (inter)national recognized fraternal organization. To find out who is a recognized fraternal organization please go to http://www.nicindy.org/about/. Please talk to Alex Snowden prior to contacting an organization to learn the process and assist in contacting the fraternal organization. He can be emailed at Alex Snowden.

This campus does not support Campus Crashing or fraternities coming to campus without a formal invitation in writing from the Coordinator of Greek Life and Intramurals. Campus Crashing is defined as coming to the UA Fort Smith campus uninvited or running an unregistered social fraternity.
