What Does ASL Mean

The Arkansas Traveler Project

ASL indicates that a database is provided free of charge through the Traveler Project. Traveler is administered by the Arkansas State Library and funded by the Library Services and Technology Act to provide online databases to academic, public, and school libraries across the state.
