Each year the academic programs report on assessments that occurred during the previous
calendar year. The CALO committee receives the reports, which are due April 1, and reviews them using rubrics. The CALO co-chair writes a report that summarizes the individual reports and submits it to the provost on July 1.
The
report preparation schedule lists the annual timeline for assessment and report preparation. The report contains explanations of the following:
- Assessment data and analyzed results from two program goals
- Assessment data and analyzed results from one ULO goal
- Challenges that lead to plan modifications, which would serve as examples to others
- If as a result of your measures you have decided to modify your plan, please specify which goal you are modifying. List any modifications or adjustments that you will be making for the next year.
- If as a result of your measures you have decided to modify your program curriculum, please specify how you used the measures to bring about this decision.
