Make-up Tests

Service provided to faculty and students for a test given during a regular class period that an individual student has missed. Student must present a photo ID in order to test.

  • All tests should be dropped off in the Testing Center (CC205) along with a completed Test Intake Form. If an instructor has the same directions for all make-up tests, one Test Intake Form may be used for the semester.
  • Initial intake of exams for students requiring ADA accommodations (quiet and private) must be done through the LAC (Vines 101). If only "quiet-testing" is needed, the test will be administered in the Testing Center.

Tests must be started at least one hour prior to closing time as listed above. It is the student's responsibility to allow enough time to complete the test. All tests will be turned in at closing time.

Faculty: Please go to LionsWeb for a make-up test intake form.
