Student Responsibilities

Recipients of financial aid must agree to inform the Financial Aid Office when:

They withdraw from school.
They change enrollment status.
They receive any additional financial aid from all sources.
There is a change in the financial resources of the recipient's family.
They have a name change.
They have a mailing address change.

Students are required each year to sign statements of educational purpose, indicating that the financial aid will be used for educationally related expenses only.

In order to continue financial assistance, recipients must be making satisfactory academic progress as defined in the policy provided to students who are processed for federal aid by UA Fort Smith.
