TC - Workforce Leadership

The Workforce Leadership program was developed as a joint venture between The Center for Business and Professional Development and the Fort Smith Manufacturing Executives Association (FSMEA). Over 800 managers, supervisors, and potential leaders from more than 60 companies have benefited from the program. The FSMEA continues to sponsor the program on campus while economic development organizations and individual companies sponsor the program throughout the state.

This program is designed to provide manufacturing managers and supervisors with the career-building leadership skills they need as they rise in industry and face the challenges of competing in global markets. Emphasis is placed on principles and tools of quality, computer information, management, development of interpersonal and team-performance communication skills, and world-class manufacturing techniques.
