The technical certificate in general industrial plant maintenance is designed to facilitate the training needs of local industry. This program is intended for individuals currently employed. Individuals may complete the suggested curriculum as presented or, through the validated sponsorship of an employer, complete a minimum of 33 credit hours selected for the student by the employer. These credit hours may be accumulated from courses in the following curriculum areas:
Computer-Aided Drafting and Design,
Electronics, Machine Shop,
Welding, and
General Technology.
