Parking Information

Is parking free?
Free parking is provided for Sebastian Commons residents. All residents with a vehicle will be issued a parking sticker by the Leasing Office. Parking stickers must be displayed at all times.

Is covered parking available?
Yes, covered parking is available for an additional charge:
9 month rates are $79 per semester
12 month rates are $109 per semester

Where do I get a gate opener?
Residents are issued a gate opener on their move-in date.

Where may my guests park?
Guests may park in the lot directly across 49th Street from Sebastian Commons. Only those with Sebastian Commons hang tags may park inside the Sebastian Commons gates.
