Free parking is provided for Sebastian Commons residents. All residents with a vehicle will be issued a parking sticker by the Leasing Office. Parking stickers must be displayed at all times. Is covered parking available?
Yes, covered parking is available for an additional charge:
9 month rates are $79 per semester
12 month rates are $109 per semester Where do I get a gate opener?
Residents are issued a gate opener on their move-in date. Where may my guests park?
Guests may park in the lot directly across 49th Street from Sebastian Commons. Only those with parking stickers may park inside the Sebastian Commons gates.
