To apply to live at Sebastian Commons, you must first meet the Eligibility Requirements to Live On-Campus and complete the Lease Application. The application must be accompanied by the $50 application fee.

To formally request a room, you must pay the deposit in the amount of $300 in addition to the $50 application fee. This deposit will be refunded at the end of the lease if the apartment is left in good condition. The deposit may be retained in the event of damages.
