Eligibility Requirements to Live On - Campus

To live at Sebastian Commons, residents must:

  • Be currently-enrolled in nine (9) or more hours for both the fall and spring semesters at UA Fort Smith
  • For married students, one of the residents must be enrolled in nine (9) or more hours
  • Be eligible to enroll at UA Fort Smith
  • Not have children living with him/her
Accredited by a CHEA-recognized accrediting organization.
