You can receive a Certificate in Management from AMA and UA Fort Smith by completing six of the AMA classes offered within a three year period. Vital Learning Supervision Series

The classes that make up the Vital Learning Supervision Series are designed specifically for those who have worked their way up to a supervisory position and need the skills to work with people in a way that motivates them to better production.
