Payment Information

Fall and Spring tuition is based on a 15 week semester. Summer tuition is based on a 4 week semester. All private lessons meet once each week. Classes meet for 10 to 15 weeks. Tuition is due in advance of each semester and is non-refundable unless the class is canceled due to insufficient enrollment. Tuition for 15 week classes and private lessons, with the exception of Show Choir Kidz, Drum Team, major productions, and special events, may be paid in 2 or 3 equal payments, with the first payment due on or before the first day of class or private lessons, the second payment due on or before September 21, 2009, and the third payment due on or before October 26, 2009. Tuition for 10 and 12 week classes, with the exception of Drum Team, may be paid in 2 equal payments, with the first payment due on or before the first day of class and the second payment due on or before October 8, 2009. Multi-student families will receive a $10 discount for the second and each additional student within the family. Employees of the University of Arkansas-Fort Smith will receive a $25 discount per child. Tuition is by check or credit card. Please make checks payable to UA Fort Smith Academy of the Arts. Some class sizes are limited, so do not delay your registration.

• Students must audition for our major productions. Tuition to participate in Best Christmas Pageant Ever is $50, which is due at the audition. Tuition to participate in School House Rock Live! is $175. A $50 registration fee is due at the audition. Those cast in the production must pay the remainder of the tuition, $125, promptly. Students enrolling in acting classes and the YAG Players productions of Willie Wonka and the Chocolate Factory and Aristocats will be enrolled on a first come – first serve basis. Tuition for these activities is due at the time of enrollment.

Summer Semester runs from June 1 – June 30 (4 Weeks).
