Tuition Policy

Tuition is due in advance of each semester and is non-refundable unless the class is canceled due to insufficient enrollment. Tuition is by check or credit card. Please make checks payable to UA Fort Smith Academy of the Arts.

Fall Semester runs from August 18 - December 13 (15 weeks).

• Students must audition for Best Christmas Pageant Ever, and Joseph and the Amazing Technicolor Dreamcoat. A $50 deposit is due at the audition. Students not cast will have their deposit returned. Those cast in the production must pay the remainder of the tuition promptly. In addition, those students who are cast in a production but decline to accept the role will forfeit their deposit. Students enrolling in acting classes and the YAG Players productions of Jungle Book and Sleeping Beauty will be enrolled on a first come – first serve basis. Tuition for these activities is due at the time of enrollment.

Summer Semester runs from June 1 – June 27 (4 Weeks).

Payment Instructions

Please make checks payable to UA Fort Smith Academy of the Arts. You may also pay by credit card. Send payment and registration to Dr. Rosilee Walker, UA Fort Smith Music Dept., PO Box 3649, Ft. Smith, AR 72913. For inquiries and credit card payment call Dr. Walker at 479-788-7546.

Fees & Payment Information - Fall and Spring tuition is based on a 15 week semester. Summer tuition is based on a 4 week semester. All private lessons meet once each week. For students who enroll at mid-semester, tuition will be pro-rated for the remaining weeks of the term. Multi-student families will receive a $10 discount for the second and each additional student within the family. UA Fort Smith employees or students will receive a $25 discount for each registration.

Some class sizes are limited, so do not delay your registration.
